Green Curry Vegetable Fried Rice: quick and easy vegetarian food

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Long Grain White Rice, soaked in cold water, then boil until al dente (to the tooth)
1 cup of sweetcorn
6 Tendersteam broccoli, remove the stalks
1 cup of mange tout, sliced length ways
4 tbsp of Coconut Milk
2 tbsp of Green Curry Paste
1 Green or Red Pepper
1 tbsp of Fresh Ginger, chopped finely

1 Carrot, sliced thinly
4 spring onions
A dash of Light Soy Sauce
Debbie's Tip: Bee Propolis to be taken internally for immune support, as an antioxidant and as a liver tonic. Propolis in this form can also be used to help support and maintain oral and digestive health (:

Thai Green Noodle Soup: quick and easy vegetarian meal

INGREDIENTS
1 can of Coconut Milk
1 tbsp of Jalapeno (Spicy peppers)
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp of Green Curry Paste
1 organic vegetable stock
1 bowl of fresh rice noodles, stir fry in two tbsp of sesame seed oil for 2 minutes
1 packet of dried Shittake Mushrooms, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes
1 tsp of Brown Sugar
7 or 8 Closed Cup mushrooms, sliced
4 Spring Onions, cut length ways
4cm Lemongrass
5 Kaffir lime leaves
1 bunch of Fresh Coriander, cut length ways
3 tsp of Tamarind Paste
1/2 Litre of Water
Debbie's healthy tip: Carry a food bag full of small, bite-size vegetables and fruit, such as carrots, grapes, apples, sweet peppers and cucumber to stave off hunger pangs if you are out and about. It prevents snacking on chocolate and crisps which gives you a sugar rush throughout your body (0:
