Portobello Mushroom Pineapple Burger: easy and quick vegetarian food

INGREDIENTS
Portobello Mushrooms
2cm Fresh Ginger
3 cloves of Garlic
Tinned Pineapple Slices and the juice
Half tbsp of Brown sugar
2 tbsp of Sesame seed oil
2tbsp of dark soy sauce
